Misleading
Discovery Flexicare are very misleading. They say you can go to any private hospital in case of an emergency. Firstly to get hold of them authorisation during after is non existent. Secondly if you happens to pay out of pocket at the hospital they said you can go to. They tell you they will refund you because “THE HEALTH PARTNER IS NOT PART OF THEIR NETWORK” yet I was advised I can go to this private hospital.
