I engaged with Tshepo Selepe (***) I notified him before the policy started that I won't be moving forward with the cover. In the first month my account was debited and I manged to reverse the debit order and in the second month they debit almost account with R2366 and I've been trying to get my money back since. I've be in communication with Tshepo who promised to have the matter resolved and provide daily update and haven't received my money back to date.
