MEMBERSHIP CARDS NEEDED URGENTLY

I am giving you a 3 star rating after reading all the bad reviews. So far I had no problems with flexicare. I am just irritated because I have not received my membership cards yet. I am walking around with a temporary card which is on paper, this is very unprofessional when taking out your card at the pharmacy or doctor. I called numerous times and was told my cards were posted, yet the last time I called last week I was told that no cards were posted as yet. Can you please send me my cards. I will be waiting for your reply or response.
