Membership cancellation! Why is it difficult to Simply Cancel!!

I have been trying to Cancel my membership but no one is getting be to me on email. I even called multiple times and no consultant takes my call. I see a lot of people complaining about the same thing of flexicare taking money even upon cancellation! I do not want to be victim of that. Flexicare is no use to me and I no longer want it. Had I known it would be this difficult to cancel I would have never signed up. This is slowly becoming a ****!
