Medical Insurance from Discovery called Flexicare

I would give them zero instead of one star if it were possible. After joining this so called medical insurance, I have spent more time on the internet and telephone trying to get assistance. The first batch of documents sent to me were all for Discovery Health which we cancelled in 2016. For the past *** hours I have been attempting to get the information I would need, eg, as basic as a list of medical practitioners in my area......... hope in vain. My advice to anyone considering this option, look somewhere else. What would happen in an emergency I hate to think. At least I discovered at the start this operation is a non starter. Am going to reverse the debit order that went from my bank account right now. The best option is to keep my money and pay as I go for what I need.
