Stupid medical insurance I took out a medical insurance policy with Flexicare thinking my like would be made easy as my daughter is asthmatic, but to my dismay it was the worst decision ever, it has been almost two months since I have signed up for this policy I have not used it yet however I experiencing problems

First issue I have not received my policy documents of membership card yet I have paid, the only documents I received were via e-mail and no official documents have been sent to me yet even though 30days has past

Second issue I paid all my premiums as money was debited off my bank account twice for the month of july and august, however I am told my premium is not active as no payments have been made, I sent proof showing that payments were made however they stupid policy is still trying to debit my account even though I have paid an sent proof showing I have paid

I spoke to a manager Michelle Van Syl as well as an Agent named Niksha ****ee and they were not very helpful I asked them to cancel they did not so that the policy would stop debiting money, and to my horror they did not cancel and its still trying to bill me I have accumulated bank charges of up to R300 which I want a refund on including the two premium payments I made as well which total up to R1068 has I have not used this stupid thing I want a refund on my money ASAp I am very upset and regret signing up for this and want it cancelled as no body in that call center knows what they are doing as everytime I called I was given different information with no resolve
