Medical Aid ****

So I joined this medical health care on the 1st of May still today I haven't received my policy and my medical aid card. When I call all theres no help still. Its been a whole 3 months now debit orders just going off every month for something I do not even have. Now I am sick with flu and don't have money for GP visit or to buy medication. Is this real or should I reverse the debit order?
