I need my money back as soon as possible.

I joined flaxicare few months ago, last month they deducted the amount we did not agree on, which is 675, I then reverse it and write a email to them an inform them and ask them to deduct the right amount which they didn't, I then asked them will I be able to use the policy cause I promised to pay double month end of January 2022 they said yes.

I then went to optometry in Alberton to get the spec's, suprisly they said they don't have to help me cause my policy is on arrears, I had to pay 450 remember I ask before can I go or not they said I can go.

Now I asked them to give me my money that I paid on the policy they said no cause I have used it but I have never been to a doctor it was the first time using it in Alberton on the 10th of January 2022.

Their service is very poor, cause when you write them emails they don't respond.
