Horrible experience
Horrible experience with Flexi. Firstly their app doesn’t work secondly their WhatsApp chapter doesn’t have the similar options that the app has. I’m in bed looking for a doctor in my area when I call their consultants keep sending you from pillar to post. Their consultants fail to provide me with just one doctor in my area rather they keep you on the line till your airtime runs out.
