Hideous Claims refund process

We have been going back and fourth for our claim refund for a month now. Different story everytime. You correct documents and send back, they don't update and you only get notified about issues upon following up.

What's the use of this product if you end up paying out of pocket anyway?? We have submitted our documents accordingly, please just refund our money!!! That's why it's important to read reviews before proceeding with a company, the reviews here are horrible!
