Gap cover application
Hi,<br> <br> I am in awe at how such a huge brand lets customers fall through the cracks .I am currently on the Topmed medical aid scheme provided by Jenus Health .I had asked for gap cover to be instated with the start of this medical aid scheme ,my application dated ,Monday, May 18, 2015 2:04 PM .Until today i have had no response to whether it was accepted .Please assist me in this matter as this is highly unprofessional and hope this is not a true reflection of the organisation as i had no issues with my previous advisers.Its scary that i am not fully covered at this stage <br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Sanjeev<br>
