Frustrating Service!

Watch Out — Extremely Frustrating Experience! I am very disappointed and frustrated by the level of competence shown by this service. I tried to register myself and my daughter, but despite providing the correct details multiple times — even sending her birth certificate — her names were still entered incorrectly. The matter was not handled with any urgency, and after several attempts, I eventually decided to back out.

Later, I requested a call back through their website hoping to resolve things, but I never received any response. To my surprise, I then got an email asking me to pay R840, even though I had clearly requested to cancel. This makes me question whether proper procedures are followed or if there’s simply a rush to add people for commission.
