Frustrated

I'm frustred, disgusted to say the least at the level of service I'm getting from your company. I've never seen anything like this in my entire life, not only are you ***********, you just don't care about your clients. I think it's better you close down because this is unacceptable. You promise us the world when we join and you do not deliver. You call center is forever busy. What in God's name am I supposed to do. You debit my account every month without fail. I'm at my wits end now with frustration.
