Flexicare-useless

I am less than amused. I have been requesting a refund for payments debited on policies that were suspended for almost two months, yet my concerns have gone unresolved. To make matters worse, another debit was processed from my account despite the policies being suspended. It is completely unacceptable to take money from a customer's account when there is no valid basis to do so. The funds deducted could have been used for actual healthcare needs, and the main member is a pensioner who cannot afford unnecessary financial strain. The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability shown in resolving this matter is deeply disappointing. I want my money refunded immediately. This situation should never have happened in the first place.
