Flexicare refused to pay my bills after heart attack.

Hi.. I had a sudden heart attack on the 25th of August 2023. A friend rushed me to Glynnwood hospital in benoni. They attended to me in the trauma dept while my son and daughter tried to get hold of someone/anyone at flexicare. Nobody answered any phone calls to get the authorization - meanwhile my wife is on a plane back from Dbn, and she tried from her side online and however method available. A lady at the finacial dept said the prosedure needs to be carried out without any further delay, because of my state I were in. We had the PLUS package, so heart attacks were covered... As my wife asked the consultant years prior.. so it was covered. Thanks to Glynnwood hospital and staff that saved my life. A couple of weeks later I went for my 1st check up at the prof that inserted the Stent.. All okay and they send the Acc to flexicare which was paid and another was paid.. *Then the account dept at Glynnwood contact us: Flexicare refused to pay the hospital & lancet & and 2 anaesthetic dr's & Dr that did the procedure in theater. * My wife had many conversations with flexicare, telephonic & on emails. They said at the time of my incedent they were in the process that discovery took over & also could not find the tapes were the said heart attacks is covered and and and. Later they said via email the case is closed.. *My wife contact all the people connected to this case, and arrange a monthly payment, which the accept but it's going to take us many many years to payoff... *I need help. It's not our fault that no one answered the calls for me to be attmitted & also a heart attack do not need PRE APPROVAL...
