Flexicare / Primecure underwritten by Hollard Insurance is BAD BAD BAD...

Hi this is the worst day to day medical insurance company on earth. Since our inception in September. they have not paid for any medicine. they have paid the GP visits. but nothing else. And we had a Trauma accident in December. which they promised to pay. but also nothing. we had to pay for it. We have cancelled our policy. and I will not recommend this to anyone... BAD BAD BAD service...
