Flexicare plus stupid med insurance

Good day

I am utterly disgusted at the poor service from this particular medical insurance as they would call themselves. i Recently was contacted by flexicare regarding this stupid med insurance which i took interest to. I decided to take the plan for my husband. I then heard more abt this plan and it didnt sound very nice so within the same week i decided to cancel which was in March 2020. I stressed to them that i am not happy and asked that they do not debit me, firstly and mainly because the first debit is basically free money going to them as there is a months waiting period to use the plan. If there is a waiting period why even debit that amount for the month? after emailing and phoning i was still debited on the 1st of april. i emailed them and called but no response regarding this matter. R470 is alot of money !

Please help !!
