Flexicare Nothing!

I regret the day I signed up with Flexicare, their service is the worst. I went into the Doctor's office and I was told I couldn't be assisted as my cover was suspended. How?? when they have been debiting my account for 6 months. Even when contacting their callcentre their consultants are moody and can't give solutions. Nonsense provider!!! Look at all these negative reviews here on Hello peter of which they never even respond to.
