FLEXICARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL

I took out a policy with Flexicare in September 2020, R1000 was deducted as debit orders and then nothing, was deducted after those 2 months. When I enquired if I can go to the dentist I was told that my policy was terminated. Nobody bothered to inform me, like other Professional institutions does, where they actually send you a message or email to inform that your policy has been cancelled. Why was I not informed soon after it was terminated, why did I have to ask or enquire about it, before anybody bothered to say anything. I want my R1000 refunded or my policy reinstated. Somebody phoned me to enquire about the matter but no feedback, that's how professional they are.
