Flexicare is Trash
Never in my life have I experienced such poor service. Tried calling the call center, however the line is always unavailable and employees not replying to my emails regarding the information that they captured incorrectly on their system and also no replies when it comes to canceling the policy. Please stay away from Flexicare because you will regret taking a policy with them. I sent more than 6 emails, no feedback or reply.
