Flexicare is ****, please don't join

Worst service ever, After 21 months of paying, I still haven't received my mother's medical card. This is because this company is a ****! Do not join. I app**** for my mother 2021 till today they haven't sent the medical insurance card, my mother is struggling everytime when have to visit the doctor ending up going to the clinic. They have poor service shame.
