Flexicare is a ****, don't fall for the cheap rates

This people are ********. I went for optometry after 3mnths and was prescribed glasses at the optometry they sent all paper work and they rejected my spectacle package, they tried sending more correspondence and they finally agreed and they made the glasses and was called to collect. A month later I get emails from the optometry saying that Flexicare refuses to pay for the glasses and now I need to make a payment, regardless of the unending communication and motivation emails to them stating I need glasses. The worse part is they don't say what specifications or ratings you must have in order to qualify for glasses. All in all do not fall for them they are the worst.
