Flexicare is a ****
I wish i could share screenshots here. I have about 28 emails where i am constantly fighting with flexicare for debit my account more than agreed. The fees i have to pay with my bank for their mistakes are mad high. Another thing is that i have been waitinf for over 5months for them to load my clicks cash back. All they do is apologise but still have not received a single cent. So i pay them R1564 every month, meaning they owe me R782 of clicks cash back. And that i can tell you they wont give me a single cent of it. Please save yourself, if you have not registered with flexicare please don't do it.

Flexicare has confirmed they have resolved your issue by changing your payment option from debit order to manual payments. That they explained the process to you that payments need to made on the agreed pay date and not before then.
