Flexicare is a ****

I have had an account with flexicare for 4months now. Every single month i get an email to say my account has been suspended. Its a struggle to get hold of them over the phone, you send an email they respond after two weeks, and only when you're due for payment they will then respond and say "suspension has been lifted". So basically, two weeks of every month i dont have medical insurance as my account is always suspended. It has been suspended the past two weeks, and only today they respond to say " suspension lifted" as they are suppose to debit my account tomorrow on the 10th. These people are ****s
