Flexicare has been useless

I cannot speak to someone who can sort out my query. I signed up in Feburary of this year and not 1 thing has gone right since. I have spoken on the phone, via email and over whatsapp and all I get is that it has been esculated and someone will get back to me. Nothing has been sorted out and it is May already!!!

I tok out apolicy and have all the emails to prove the option I choose and what I wanted which was what I was told I would get, but what I signed for and asked for is not what I got and every month they debit different ammounts, for what I do not know because none of them are the correct ammount. I am not covered for what I asked to be and last feedback was that my account was suspended, they took the debits off but now my account is suspended.

Please, PLEASE can someone who can sole this get hold of me ASAP.
