Flexicare finance department is a daylight ******

Am I the only person who has issues with Flexicare finance department??? These people are so confused. They never allocated our payments. My account is constantly suspended, on almost every month, and they're always saying due to none payment. They would literally send me an email saying thank you for payment, and 2weeks down the line account is suspended. And to unsuspend the account could literally take a month or 2 to be unsuspended. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for medicall insurance, please dont opt for them. You will pay double payments on some months not knowing for what. When you send through proof of payments they never know where that money went, later they'll tell you about skipping a payment 7months ago or saying your premium went up and hence your account is suspended, you paid short. Without even knowing about the increase, no notice or anything about it
