FLEXICARE FALSE ADVERTISING

I feel that flexicare advertising is a hoax. the only reason I joined as opposed to another insurance was because of the clicks cashback benefit. at this point since joining in July last year I have only received my cashback twice. that was after countless calls and only after 4 months I received it. I am still waiting for cashback currently. clicks processes their cashback balance every 2 months and flexicare is supposed to send them the alert. I have made calls for the past week and I am getting no help and being sent to different departments. the agents are not not knowledgeable about how it works, yet its the main point of bait used for advertising. stop the **** advertising if you are not going to adhere to your promises. I am unhappy with you not keeping up with your claims flexicare.
