Flexicare dishonest and steel their members money

Flexicare do not pay the doctors bills and give the following excuse that the registered network doctor deregister themselves from the network. The doctor is not even aware that they are deregistered. So they fool people and use this excuse to not pay the doctore or pre-scribed medicine
