FLEXICARE ARE ****S AND *******.
Over a week ago I came to this platform to express my unpleasant experience with my service provider FLEXICARE, I had a call from one of their managers stating they will pay back money. Up until now no money has been paid in my account yet. I am still waiting for money to come through. I am highly disappointed by these companies which are very keen in getting your for their services yet when you are not happy with the service it takes a 100 years to reimburse a person. I highly recommend not to use this medical insurance.
