Flexicare account

Again I have the same problem with flexicare, not even a full month gone by and no one can correct my statement, just on the 1st of December a debit order of R2727 went off and a debit order of R1828 went off. I really dont understand how the account department works they requested proof of payments etc... and still same problem I guess
