Flexi No care

Today being the 11/08/2023 I have had blood tests done at lancet obviously with a referral from a doctor, this was in December 2022 all the bloods were paid for as it was my network doctor who referred me and it was part of the blood tests that they covered.

I then changed doctors also to another network doctor in march on the 18th 2023 she also just like the other doctor send me to do the exact same blood test so I went around the 1st of April 2023 and did the blood test.

When Lancet claimed for this discovery turned them down saying firstly that it is not a network doctor...Fine... I then proved to them that it was a network doctor they came back to me with an excuse saying that lancet put in the wrong Icd number or something like that...Fine I also got that corrected...

I sent them mails upon mails waiting for a response... when I called during this time they told me to wait the verification department is going to mail me this was now in June 2023 sometime...

Fine I waited... tried calling again in July the lines were down...fine... up until today I have been waiting for some feedback but nothing yet, I am being harnessed by debt collectors and still waiting for feedback from discovery flexicare.

To top this off I am pregnant I got a referral to do a scan at a network xray department which I made call discovery Prior to getting the scan done, they were given a reference number and said that it will be covered, once the scan was done discovery refused to pay it, I am now paying that as well...

These people are useless rather save the same money you pay them every month and use it for medical use it works out to even more then what discovery flexicare will ever cover you for.

Sick and tired of paying for things we can not benefit from.
