Flexi care is not good.

I’m so disappointed with Flexi care plus, I was involved in an accident on the 30 July 2019 and their ambulance took me to Netcare. At Netcare I was told that they do not accept their policy and I quickly called them and no one answered. I was kicked out of hospital and yet this hospital was written on their network of hospitals on their website.
