Flexi care Cancelation

I have joined flexicare in August and I had a terrible accidents which has made me realize the disadvantage of flexicare. I want to cancel it for a better plan but I have been taken pillar to post with no help. I am so frustrated and I don't know what to do because I want to add my children in a better plan of medical aids and this flexi care is blocking me. tjoo hai.
