Fighting for service

Close to a month ago a logged a complaint with Flexicare and I was called by a gentleman whose name i had forgotten, he informed me the matter would be resolved speedily and the waiting periods would be wavered. Then again by Niksha ****ee who informed me they will investigate and revert to me. Needless to say none of the above has happened. Worse off is 2 of my kids have been sick and i had to pay out of my pocket to take them to the doctor. whats even more frustrating is that 3 months someone in this company didnt do their job and now my family is suffering for it and it is costing me money. over and above that i have to wait another month to see a dr and another 3 months to see a dentist after i had been waiting for 4 months coz i ***** didnt do their job.
