False adverti*****t! Benifits don't cover what they say it does.

I just got off the phone with Flexicare customer care after coming back from getting a flu vaccine from a Flexicare Network Approved Doctor, only to be told that Flexicare doesn't cover flu vaccines like stated in their adverti*****ts. The costumer care person just said that I had to go to Clicks or Dischem for a free flu vaccine. THIS WAS NEVER STATED IN ANY OF THE ADVERTI*****TS OR DOCUMENTS FLEXICARE SENT ME!

So you pay R5600+ a year for a healthcare service that supposedly includes cover for flu vaccines only to still have to pay R150+ for the vaccine.
