Explain yourselves, please!

Flexicare management is it to much to ask that you stop taking our money and not providing the service you promised. We have a hard enough time managing our finances in this country. Is it to much to ask that you show some empathy. I have read various complaints about your company not canceling cover when requested, and I myself have been trying for two months to cancel this cover. Instead of sending an automated message please send clear instructions on how this cover can be canceled or maybe somewhere in the terms and conditions we missed the fact that this is a lifetime subscription whether we like it or not? Please explain what it is that we are doing wrong.
