So i have joined flexicare through a clicks pamphlet on 26/04/2023.After succesful registration,i received an sms stating my first debit order would be on the 01/05/2023 after i have stated my debit order date must be on the 25th of each month.they told me that my premium gets deducted from my payslip which concerned me.i remembered i were employed by afc in capetown and we had a medical scheme via flexicare kaielo.seems that after my resignation from afc in 2020 they would've cancelled everyything but to my surprise.none.they want me to pay a double debit which i've cancelled today with immediate effect.how come i must pay for something never used?i cannot allow this.they were suppose to call me and tell me that i do have a policy with them and left,right and centre;but nothing.that's why i have cancelled everything because they wanted to double debit imagine.
