My acount gets debited every month, no fail. Flexicare ONLYpay a doctors consultation, they dont pay for x-rays, they dont pay for chrilonic medication as it is not on their accepted list. So i end up paying these scounderals R1400 every mont, they only pay the doctor once every six months for consultation, medication and everything else is for my own account.

I do not see what the point is of having this uselesss provider.

I want to cancel my pollicy urgently, but there is the catch, you cannot get hold of them to do that. They are awesome quick to sighn you up and take ypur money, but when you are fed up with their none existing insurance, you cant get hold of them to cancel. You can phone them and they send you an OTP, that arrives only 12 minutes after you varified your number. So you call a secind time, this time you get the otp in 20 seconds abd the line cuts off, it is one huge embarra*****t.

I want to cancel but cannot get hold of them to do so
