Double Debit???

I logged a debit order switch with you guys, you came back to me asking to fill in a form. I filled it in. sent back. I got a response and take note of the grammar "Kindly note, to make the requested changes we you to indicate which bank details you are changing by ticking the relevant box on section 4 of the form." (2024/08/27). This obiviously confused me because I thought i had given all the correct info. I then responded to the email with, "This is ridiculous if you can't make the switch then it looks like I will have to cancel "(2024/08/27).

You then suspended my services in December. meaning I had no cover due to unpaid premiums. Even though it was your fault for not getting back to me about switching my debit orders and not reponding to my email.

I called in and i was notified that I will have to pay for two debit orders in order for my cover to be reinstated? how can i pay for something you guys were not providing? Esspecially if the fault was on your side for not updating the debit order details??? I was also told that you sent me an email on the 2025/08/28 which i did not receive. since then there has been no comms from discovery. I am willing to pay the debit order for the next month comming but i am not paying for the debit order that failed due to you guys not switching the debit order.
