Don't join this disgrace Medical Aid

This horrible ***** of a Medical Aid. I took this Insurance for my mother in September 2023, with all the promises, In May 2024 my Mother had an insulin shock and we took her to out local clinic, then we called them, no one answered for the first 30mins, and when someone did, I was told that my Mothers cover was cancelled in January 2024; hell and they were still deducting to this day without telling anything ('I thought everything was fine since the debit orders were going through'). The consultant who said sorry there was nothing they can do.

We need a class action and sue this bastered con Company and report them to the Short Term Insurance Ombud. How do they do this. Playing with peoples lives. SHAMEFULL...
