Do not recommend Flexicare

I accidentally missed a debit order, they didnt hesitate to suspend cover, they then sent their banking details and I paid and send the pop to address they stipulated so suspend can be lifted. Suspension is not lifted and I'm already paying the subsequent premium, still suspended. Emails I send is not responded to, let alone an apology. My son is in urgent need of medication while my medical insurance proof to be useless. I called, call was dropped due to voice minute depletion, but call was not returned. I'm now focused on the negative side of Flexicare and would not recommend it.
