Dishonest medical aid

I joined this medical aid in 2020 I'm so disappointed the first time I needed hospital care I were told that I were misleaded when joined and I had only cover for the hospital in case of any accidents or trauma and I believe they misleading other people in the same manner what a shame to old age pensioners putting their trust in the hands of dishonest people
