Bill has been partially when queried with them they said arragment was 226 dr over charged. I calked doctors spoke to accounts lady she called them and wssvtold they nevercreceived claim. She ask how was it paid partially. The accounts lady adked may were submit sndxwas told they don't accept claims after 4 or 5 months. What nonsense is this I've tried calling numbers on brochures say number invalid sent them mails no one has bothered to response to me. I have now asked the membership to be cancelled what must a person pay for R 469 month to have half paid bills and no response from them when queries are made.
