Discovery incompetence

Discovery Flexicare is the most *********** company I have ever encountered. I joined Discovery Flexicare and my joining date is 1 APRIL. Which means my 1st debit order date must be 25 MARCH. To my utter disgust they deducted R1214 on 25 FEBRUARY and again on 26 FEBRUARY!!!! What the hell. This is *****ING! They took money off my account DOUBLE AND my starting date is only APRIL! 2 MONTHS BEFORE AND DOUBLE!!! And to contact them to rectify you cant even get transferred to someone who can help. Not even an APOLOGY or RECTIFICATION OF THE PROBLEM All they say is that i must send an email!

Not onl that, but last year i had to cancel my medical aid. There was an amount owed by me of R1155. I paid this amount in September 2024 and sent email confirmation to Discovery. Again they are so fast asleep and *********** that they handed me over to Debt collectors. The Debt collectors phoned me 7 months AFTER i had already made payment. I sent tgem proof of payment and now they want to charge me DEBT COLLECTION fees! What the hell. Discovery is so ***********. When i contacted them about this they said i must contact the debt collectores. When i contacted debt collectors to reverse the incorrect fees they said i must contact Discovery. Totally useless and still not resolced! Yet i owe nothing. Do not join Discovery because they are worse than SARS. I have never gaid so many issues. Wasting time and effort to try and resolve and nobody helps. Not so much as an apology
