Disappointing

Very frustrating company, I don’t know how did they get their license. If you want to stress your self go for Flexicare Medical aid / Multid. I’m very disgusted and disappointed. After months of struggling to get a card since their doctors didn’t want to assist with a card, I ended up canceling the cover. The debit order stopped for 3 months, not they just debit my account when they want, any amount they want. I called and they guaranteed me that the policy was canceled but that was just to get me to back off.
