Deducted twice R 764

I signed up for this medical aid and thought it was the bomb but no. I haven’t even used this medical aid as for it is useable from the 1 March. But they deducted twice the amount of R 764 , yesterday they deducted R 764 as well as today. Tell me why pay twice for something you haven’t even used and nothing was told to me about paying twice. I did send them an email regarding it but if I don’t get feedback still in today I will report them so badly because how will I be able to get back this money they deducted twice this month next month they will do it again no no no this is not fair. This medical aid is the baddest I’ve ever been on because why deduct twice. Please correct the mistake that’s all I ask because I am not willing to pay twice for something that was already paid for.
