Debit order still running even where there’s no cover

After months of sending emails back and forth regarding the cancellation of my debit order , the DHflexicare is still going off from my account , I don’t even have any cover as I was advised that I need to have medical aid with discovery for me to enjoy this , I have with another company and not willing to jump ship , can this debit order thing be rectified ASAP
