So i signed up with flexicare on in may, i was told my first installment will be june nd i can use it july. I told the consultant that i would like my 2 boys on this plan, he was so in a hurry to sign me up, that he said i must Email him the kids birth certificate. That never happened at all. No communication.

Today deduction of 870 was taken out of my account.

I never authorized 870.. Just can i get my money back in my account. Im very disappointed in this service, no heads up nothing.

I have a budget and 870 was not the plan.

I dont want flexicare, i want my 870.
