I took this cover for my mom. It’s been a while since I joined Flexicare/ Kaelo Primecure. We agreed on R415 premium every month but because they are ******. They debit more than we agreed on. I would stay for long on a call, from one agent to the next. A mistake happens once, but every month, NO. I’m trying to call them as we speak, there’s no agent to help me🤷🏿♂️. I want my money
