Complaint

So we've been paying this medical aid for over a year now, so what happened is that i fell pregnant. Since we have a "medical aid" we decide to start using it, instead i went for 3 doctor visits which were not paid for by this medical aid. Im almost due we have already chosen a hospital to give birth at... Our greatest shocker is that when we called to ask why they haven't been paying the doctor for those visits they said they don't cover for maternity. So now this means we have to pay the doctor from our pockets now worse part of all is that I'll still have to give birth at a public hospital. Now i fail to understand why we've been paying the stupid medical aid that doesn't help with anything. I'm very disappointed, just need to cancel this whole thing called "flexicare medical aid".
